• Real-time customer lookup:  We designed, developed and implemented this application for a major pet store headquartered in San Diego, California. This system retrieves customer information and prints specific customer messages and coupons directly on the receipt at point of sale.
• Resource allocation and scheduling:  This tool, which we designed, developed and implemented, helps match available resources to open work requests for a global software company located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
• Scheduling, routing, and dispatch system:  We helped design this system for the delivery and services departments of a nationwide electronics retailer based in Richfield, Minnesota.
• Web-based data analysis tool:  This system slices and analyzes data in virtually unlimited ways.  We designed, developed, and implemented this data tool for a global software company located in Scottsdale, Arizona.
• Customer relationship management system implementations:  We led or assisted in several implementations of these systmes for various clients including a major museum located in New York CIty, a nationwide children's shoe retailer located in Boston, Massachusetts, a major fabric retailer located in Baldwin, Mississippi, and a bargain chain located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
• Windows mobile application for retailers:  This application, developed for retailers, performs on-hand lookup, cycle counting, product transfer and product-receiving functions.
